CHIIIT ARCHIVE uses different purchasing and shipping methods for vintage items and photography prints.

International customers purchasing vintage items must use a proxy purchasing service such as Buyee. Photography prints may be ordered directly through the artwork page from eligible destinations.

Vintage Item Shipping

Shipping within Japan

Vintage items are shipped directly to the purchaser by CHIIIT ARCHIVE.

Domestic shipping fees, delivery methods, and related information are displayed on each product page and during checkout.

International Vintage Purchases

International customers purchasing vintage items must use a proxy purchasing service such as Buyee.

Please copy the URL of the product page and submit it when making a purchase request through the proxy purchasing service.

CHIIIT ARCHIVE does not sell or ship vintage items directly to international customers.

For international shipping, payment, shipping insurance, duties, taxes, and customs procedures, please follow the guidance provided by your selected proxy purchasing service.

Photography Print Shipping

Production and Shipping

Photography prints are made to order. Production begins after the order and payment have been successfully completed.

Each artwork is produced at a Gelato partner production facility according to the printing and framing specifications selected by CHIIIT ARCHIVE.

The completed artwork is generally shipped directly to the purchaser from a Gelato partner production facility.

The print size, price, paper type, frame colour, and framing specifications are displayed on each artwork page. Standard shipping is included in the listed price.

Framing Availability by Destination

Depending on the destination country or region, the frame or framing specification shown at the time of purchase may not be available.

If the selected specification is unavailable, CHIIIT ARCHIVE will contact you before production begins.

We will discuss an equivalent replacement frame, another specification available for the destination, or cancellation of the order before proceeding.

We will not change the artwork to an unframed or different specification without the purchaser’s confirmation.

Shipping Fees

The price of each photography print includes the artwork, printing, framing, and standard shipping.

No additional standard shipping fee is generally charged at checkout.

If additional charges are required because of the destination, remote-area delivery, or special shipping conditions, CHIIIT ARCHIVE will contact you before production begins.

Import Duties and Taxes

For international deliveries, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.

These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping fee and are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Certificate of Authenticity Shipping

Each photography print includes a Certificate of Authenticity issued by CHIIIT ARCHIVE.

The artwork is shipped from a Gelato partner production facility, while the Certificate of Authenticity is sent separately by CHIIIT ARCHIVE at a later date.

Because the artwork and certificate are shipped separately, they may arrive on different dates.

After a Photography Print Is Shipped

Tracking information for your photography print will be provided by email after shipment.

Delivery delays and customs processing times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the customs procedures of each country.
