CHIIIT ARCHIVE uses different purchasing and shipping methods for vintage items and photography prints.

Direct purchase and delivery of vintage items is limited to Japan. International customers purchasing vintage items must use Buyee. Photography prints may be ordered directly through the artwork page from eligible destinations.

Vintage Item Shipping

Shipping within Japan

Vintage items are shipped directly to the purchaser by CHIIIT ARCHIVE.

The listed price includes standard delivery within Japan. No additional per-item shipping charge is added at checkout when multiple items are purchased together.

International Vintage Purchases

When accessing from outside Japan, use the Buyee Cart displayed on the site. The Buyee Cart is not displayed for access from within Japan.

Choose the item you want and follow the Buyee Cart (international purchase button) shown on the site. You can continue to Buyee from the product or cart screen as directed.

CHIIIT ARCHIVE does not sell or ship vintage items directly to international customers.

The listed price includes standard delivery to Buyee's warehouse in Japan. For onward international shipping, Buyee service fees, shipping insurance, duties, taxes, customs procedures, and return inquiries, follow Buyee's guidance.

Photography Print Shipping

Eligible Destinations

Photography prints are currently available for direct delivery to United States, Canada.

This is a verified-destination service, not unrestricted worldwide shipping. A country is enabled only after confirming both Gelato production and delivery for the selected product specification and separate certificate shipping from Japan.

Eligible destinations may be added or temporarily suspended if production or delivery conditions change. Countries not shown in Stripe Checkout cannot be selected.

Production and Shipping

Photography prints are made to order. Production begins after the order and payment have been successfully completed.

Each artwork is produced at a Gelato partner production facility according to the printing and framing specifications selected by CHIIIT ARCHIVE.

The completed artwork is generally shipped directly to the purchaser from a Gelato partner production facility.

The print size, price, paper type, frame colour, and framing specifications are displayed on each artwork page. Standard shipping is included in the listed price.

Framing Availability by Destination

Even within an eligible country, a postal code, remote location, or production-facility availability may prevent the selected frame or specification from being produced or delivered.

If the selected specification is unavailable, CHIIIT ARCHIVE will contact you before production begins.

An equivalent replacement frame or another specification will be arranged only with the purchaser's consent. If the selected specification cannot be delivered and no alternative is accepted, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

We will not change the artwork to an unframed or different specification without the purchaser’s confirmation.

Shipping Fees

The price of each photography print includes the artwork, printing, framing, standard artwork delivery, and standard certificate postage.

No additional standard shipping fee is generally charged at checkout.

If standard delivery is unavailable because of a remote location or special delivery condition, no additional amount will be charged without consent. We will contact you before production to confirm an alternative delivery method or cancellation with a full refund.

Import Duties and Taxes

For international deliveries, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.

Where the selected shipping method is explicitly provided as DDP (duties paid), duties and import taxes included in that method should not be collected again on delivery. Any duties, import taxes, customs fees, or other government charges not included in the shipping method remain the purchaser's responsibility.

Certificate of Authenticity Shipping

Each photography print includes a Certificate of Authenticity issued by CHIIIT ARCHIVE.

The artwork is shipped from a Gelato partner production facility, while the Certificate of Authenticity is sent separately by CHIIIT ARCHIVE at a later date.

The artwork and certificate are sent as separate shipments with separate tracking information. Because they have different origins, they will not necessarily arrive on the same date or in the same order.

After a Photography Print Is Shipped

Tracking information for your photography print will be provided by email after shipment.

Delivery delays and customs processing times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the customs procedures of each country.
