Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

As all Vintage items are one-of-a-kind, cancellations, returns, and exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted after an order has been placed.

This includes size issues, differences in appearance or colour perception, ordering the wrong item, or a change of mind.

If you receive the wrong item, if there is significant damage not disclosed in the product listing, if the item materially differs from its description, or if it is objectively confirmed not to be authentic, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will review the details and provide an individual resolution only where we determine that the item qualifies for a return or refund.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
