Additional Fees
The listed price of each Vintage item includes standard delivery within Japan. No additional per-item shipping charge is added when multiple items are purchased together.
International customers must purchase Vintage items through Buyee.
Buyee service fees, international shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
The listed price of a photography print includes standard artwork delivery and standard Certificate of Authenticity postage.
Any duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other government charges not included in the photography shipping method are the buyer's responsibility. Duties and import taxes included in a method explicitly provided as DDP (duties paid) should not be collected again on delivery.

Payment Timing
Payment is processed when the order is completed.
Shipping Time
Vintage items are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
International orders for Vintage items must be placed through Buyee. International delivery times, shipping methods, and customs procedures after arrival at the Buyee warehouse are subject to Buyee's services and policies.
Direct delivery of photography prints is currently available to United States, Canada. Eligible destinations may be added or temporarily suspended if production or delivery conditions change.
Photography prints are made to order. Production preparation begins after payment, and production and shipping times vary by specification, production facility, and destination. Artwork tracking information will be provided after shipment.
The Certificate of Authenticity is sent later by CHIIIT ARCHIVE as a separate shipment with separate tracking information. The artwork and certificate may arrive on different dates or in a different order.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Vintage Items
As all Vintage items are one-of-a-kind, cancellations, returns, and exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted after an order has been placed.
This includes size issues, differences in appearance or colour perception, ordering the wrong item, or a change of mind.
If you receive the wrong item, if there is significant damage not disclosed in the product listing, if the item materially differs from its description, or if it is objectively confirmed not to be authentic, contact us as soon as possible and, where practicable, within 3 days of delivery so that we can verify its condition. The 3-day request does not limit rights under applicable law.
Where a return is accepted due to our error, we cover return shipping and refund the item price paid, which includes standard domestic delivery. If we exceptionally accept a customer-convenience return, the purchaser pays return shipping. We will confirm the refund terms in advance.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
For orders placed via Buyee, contact Buyee first as the point of contact for purchasing, payment, and international delivery. We cannot issue a direct Stripe refund to the overseas end customer. Buyee fees, international shipping, duties, taxes, and other amounts paid to third parties are not refundable by us.
Photography Prints
Photography prints are made to order. Customer-requested cancellation is generally not accepted after the production request has been submitted to Gelato.
If the selected specification cannot be produced or delivered and no alternative is accepted before production begins, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
If you receive the wrong artwork, serious shipping damage, or a significant defect clearly inconsistent with the order, contact us as soon as possible and, where practicable, within 3 days so that we can verify its condition. The 3-day request does not limit rights under applicable law.
